USER AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The Client, by placing an order online or via email or phone, agrees that they accept the  conditions of the User Agreement Terms and Conditions in full. FULL CIRCLE  INTEGRATION LIMITED will retain an Invoice and terms and conditions user agreement.  Upon such [Invoice [and these terms and conditions]] being received by the Client, the  Client will be issued with the invoice which shall act as confirmation of their booking. The  Client by confirming receipt of the invoice accepts these User Agreement Terms and  Conditions 

DEPOSIT AND BOOKING: you should have already paid your £100 non-refundable  deposit however if you haven’t, a £100 non-refundable deposit will be required at the  time of booking in order to reserve your hire date and theme, payable by BANK  TRANSFER or PayPal. The deposit will go towards the total rental cost of your Igloo and  theme. If not received within 48 hours of your booking, your date and theme will be  released. The remaining rental balance will be due at least 48 hours prior to  delivery. Final payments not received by this time will result in the cancellation of your  party with no exception and the retention of the deposit.  

We must receive confirmation of the final number of guests who will be using the Igloo  and add-on choices no later than 7 calendar days prior to the date of hire. If the Client  chooses to downgrade the Igloo hire and/or theme after this time, the original booking  price will still apply with no refund. 

All bookings are for a one overnight hire period unless stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change, however prices quoted at the time of booking will  always be honoured. 

CANCELLATION: Cancellations can be made 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled date of hire. The £100 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of  another Igloo hire if made within 90 days of the original hire date. If you choose to  cancel our services for any reason, or subsequently hire from us outside of the 90 day  period, your deposit will be forfeited and retained by Full Circle Integration Limited.  Full Circle Integration Limited reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, for  any reason. We will always try to give as much notice as possible. Upon any such  cancellation we will refund the Client any monies paid in respect of the booking,  [including the non-refundable deposit,] within 30 days, should any refund be due. Full  Circle Integration Limited will not be liable to pay any compensation to the Client or any 

other person for any loss, damage or expenditure arising directly or indirectly from the  cancellation. Full Circle Integration Limited reserves the right to terminate the booking  without notice if there is a breach of these conditions. 

FINAL PAYMENT: All outstanding balances for extras/add ons are due 48 hours prior to  delivery, payable by bank transfer or PayPal, remaining balance is based on the agreed  upon number of guests and any additional items. 

FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept bank transfer and PayPal transfer, details of which are  contained on [the booking form / rental agreement] 

TITLE, RISK AND INSURANCE: The Igloo and/or add-ons shall at all times remain the  property of Full Circle Integration Limited, and the Client shall have no right, title or  interest in or to the Igloo and/or add-ons (save the right to possession and use of the  Igloo and/or add-ons subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement).  The risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the Igloo and/or add-ons shall pass to  the Client on delivery. The Igloo and/or add-ons shall remain at the sole risk of the Client during the period of hire and any further term during which the Igloo and/or add-ons  are in the possession, custody or control of the Client until such time as the Igloo and/or  add-ons are collected by Full Circle Integration Limited. During the period of hire, the  Client shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain the following insurances insurance  of the Igloo and/or add-ons to a value not less than its full replacement value  comprehensively against all usual risks of loss, damage or destruction by fire, theft or  accident, and such other risks as Full Circle Integration Limited may from time to time  nominate in writing. 

Full Circle Integration Limited is not liable for any accidents that occur during the period of hire. The Client accepts all liability when renting from Full Circle Integration Limited.  The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the period  of hire. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client  at full replacement value. 

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES: We strictly provide a theme based entertainment rental  space. Please be aware that children need to be supervised. Full Circle Integration  Limited will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage  however caused. The Client acknowledges that Full Circle Integration Limited shall not  be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Igloo and/or add-ons arising out of or in  connection with any negligence, misuse, mishandling of it or otherwise caused by the  Client and the Client shall indemnify Full Circle Integration Limited in full against all  liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses suffered or incurred by Full Circle  Integration Limited arising out of, or in connection with any failure by the Client to  comply with these terms. 

DELIVERY AND SET UP: Assembly, styling, collection and general laundering are included  in the hire cost unless stated otherwise. 

Delivery times will be between 9 AM and 3 PM on the date of the Igloo hire. A 2 hour  window for arrival will be given on the day of delivery. The Client is responsible for being  present to accept delivery of the equipment. The Client is responsible for any loss or  damage incurred if they arrange for the Igloo and/or add-ons to be delivered without  being present or without an authorised agent present. The Client is responsible for losses 

or damage resulting from the Igloo and/or add-ons being delivered to an unattended  premises or location as requested by the Client. 

The time required for complete set up is approximately 1.5-2 hours, but may take more  or less time depending on the number of add-ons ordered. An additional hour will be  required for each balloon garland requested. We ask that no children or guests are in the  setup area during installation in order to avoid a time delay. 

All floor areas must be clean from contamination, dirt, dust & furniture before setup  begins. 

If the Igloo does not fit in your garden or area of choice – we will be unable to install.  Our staff are not liable and will always chose the safest, location. It is your responsibility  to ensure your garden is of adequate size for our 3.6-meter igloos. 

COLLECTION: We will arrive the day after the hire period, at a previously agreed time, to  breakdown and collect items. 

Collections will typically be between 10 AM-2 PM.  

A walk-through will be performed with the Client prior to breakdown to confirm there  are no damages or issues. 

DAMAGES: General cleaning of all items are included in the hire price. The Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any Full Circle Integration Limited.  equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the Client’s premises. This includes  breakages of all equipment supplied to support Igloo theme, including but limited to  projector, igloo frames/lights/ heating/ rugs /holes in the igloo  

cover/pillows/linens/chairs, or extra cleaning needed due to stains. 

If any item is damaged or stained, charges will apply. 

Full Circle Integration Limited items exposed to cigarette smoke will incur an additional  £100 cleaning fee. 

It is the responsibility of the Client to take duty of care and always supervise children  with the hire equipment. Diligence must be taken with younger children on the Client’s  premises as Full Circle Integration Limited hire equipment is not recommended for  children under the age of 5. 

Assembly/Disassembly is the responsibility of Full Circle Integration Limited staff. Please  allow our staff to set up and pack up all items for your safety and to reduce the risk of  damage. 

Full Circle Integration Limited agrees to: 

  • Provide the equipment for use by the Client and their Guests at the agreed site for the period of hire, as set out on the invoice.
  • Erect any structure on or before the date of set up for the period of hire. Provide the equipment to support invoiced igloo theme in good working order.

To disassemble and remove all equipment from the agreed site on or after the final date  of the period of hire. The Client agrees to:

  • Pay the booking deposit as agreed with the Company. The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit by the Company.
  • Pay any balance due to the Company no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the period of hire.
  • Pay the total cost of hire if the Client seeks to cancel the hire of the Igloo and/or add-ons within 2 days of the hire period.
  • In the event the booking is cancelled, the deposit is non refundable Prior to the commencement of the period of hire, the Client must:
  • Provide the Company with a clear and legible map and/or directions indicating the location of the agreed site.
  • Provide the Company with a clear and legible plan indicating the preferred position in which the Igloo and/or add-ons are to be placed. Despite any such plan, the Client acknowledges that Full Circle Integration Limited has the right to set up the Equipment in position it thinks most suitable and fits the purpose.
  • Obtain all necessary permits and/or licences from any Government Authorities (include but not limited to Local Council, Police Service and Fire Service) as necessary for the duration of the period of hire. Any and all costs associated with obtaining such permits will be payable by the Client. Should any delay or cancellation of the hire occur in relation to such permits, all fees or other associated expenses will be payable by the Client. All requirements pursuant to such permits and/or licences must be notified to Full Circle Integration Limited in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of the period of hire. In the event these requirements delay or result in Full Circle Integration Limited being unable to perform its obligations, it shall notify the Client and the agreement shall be deemed void.

The Igloo and/or add-ons (the “Equipment”) 

  • The Client is fully responsible for all Equipment for the duration of the period of hire.
  • The Client will be responsible for all expenses, losses, damages, and/or claims suffered during the period of hire arising from any negligence, omission or fault of the Client and/or any such claims, or reimburse the Company for any losses or damages to the Equipment.
  • The Client agrees not to use any electrical equipment included but not limited to lighting, appliances, cooking or other decorative electrical items, without written consent being received from the Company. Such consent must be requested prior to the commencement of the period of hire.
  • The Client agrees not to use any naked flame in, or within four (4) metres of the Equipment.
  • The Client agrees to immediately report any theft of the Equipment to the local Police Service with an associated Crime Reference Number provided to the Company.
  • The Client agrees to use the Equipment for purposes only that accord with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site is located.
  • The Client agrees not to deface or tamper with the Equipment including, but not limited to, affixing any object to the Equipment.
  • The Client agrees no smoking is permitted within four (4) metres of the Equipment.
  • The Client agrees no animals, including pets, are permitted within two (2) metres of the Equipment.
  • The Client agrees not to remove the Equipment, or any part thereof, from the agreed site at any time unless requested by the company.
  • The Client acknowledges the Equipment is not suitable for children under the age of eighteen (18) years without the presence of a person over the age of eighteen (18) years.
  • The Client agrees that all Equipment is vacated by the departure time provided in writing by the Company.
  • Full Circle Integration Limited reserves its right to inspect the Equipment at any time for the duration of the rental period. Should there be any damage sustained to the Equipment, or any other breach of these Terms by the Client, the Company reserves the right to remove the Equipment from the site without notice to the Client.
  • The Client should never presume that any other equipment is included in the Hire other than what is stated in the Company’s booking forms and related website, specific to their booking.

Set Up of Equipment 

  • The Client agrees that the Client will be present during the assembling and disassembling of the Equipment by the Company. In the event the Client is not present, the Client agrees that any changes to the positioning of the Equipment at the request of the Client may incur additional fees at the discretion of the Company.
  • For the purposes of assembling and disassembling of the Equipment, the Client will ensure the Company is provided with unencumbered access to the site, free of any impediment including cost. Unless otherwise discussed prior to the hire period.
  • The Company shall not be liable to the Client for any delay, poor or non performance of the terms of this hire that result from forces of nature such as weather conditions, including high winds, flood, storm, nor any other situation that causes health or safety concerns for the employees of the Company. Should such forces of nature cause the assembling of the Equipment not to occur at the commencement of the period of hire, the Company shall determine whether it is

appropriate to set up the Equipment at any later stage during the duration of the  period of hire. Should the Company determine that set up is not appropriate for  any reason, the agreement will be terminated, the deposit refunded to the Client  and the Client agrees to have no additional claim against the Company. The  Client agrees that any costs reasonably incurred in the attempt to assemble the  Equipment will be payable to the Company. 

  • The Client will indemnify the Company in relation to any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that arises either directly or indirectly as a result of this hire. The Client will indemnify the Company in respect of any claims made by a third party in this regard.
  • In the result of high winds or extreme weather the Company has the right to cancel the booking or substitute larger igloos for smaller igloos.
  • The Hire charges are based on the assumption that the site is a flat level firm ground with easy access for motor transport, and that no drains, cables or other services are buried beneath the surface or otherwise concealed. The Hire charges do not include any making good or repairing of damage to the site.
  • All rubbish, food and drink items are to be fully cleared from the igloo upon departure. Any items left to which the Company have to dispose of could incur further charges or loss of security deposit.
